1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3 Registration and Account Management

5 Fund Withdrawal

Nk44 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within 30 minutes after verification is complete. This process is subject to KYC completion and the absence of any unresolved security issues on the account.

11 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The nk44 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, nk44 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Nk44 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.
• Nk44 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times.

12 Terms Amendments and Applicable Law
